First round is phone internview from analyst, consist of basic accounting and valuation questions, plus some behavioral questions. Next, will be invited to work on the onsite modeling test which is around 2.5 hours, it will be a simple dcf + comps modeling test. Next, will be invited to the office for associate and director interviews which are all about accounting and valuation related questions plus a mini case study, analysing the fake HL teaser which is full of errors and formatting mistakes.
