After the online application, I had the first round telephone interview with a graduate recruiter. Questions was all the competency based questions so the more similar questions i get there were less examples i could use and interviewer kept asking me to use different examples and experiences. For example, describe the situation you are under pressure, lead the team, have a difficulty, satisfy the customer, achieved the excellence. what is the current issues in the world, what business is doing well, what factors are likely to affect them. Also she asked some situational judgement question like she read a long scenario of the office work and the question is what would you do in this circumstance?
