Applied online, received an initial HR screen. Subsequently set up a phone interview with an associate. Both interviewers rushed through the phone interview, which is understandable because im sure they are busy but it did not give off the impression that they were at all invested in hiring for fit and sustainability. Botched a technical question so did not move on after this interview.

Interviewer asked how I would raise capital for an acquisition, what is the typical hurdle rate when considering IRR, how can you increase a Company's free cash flow.
