After passing the first round phone interview I was invited to a one on one interview with a FreshMinds representative (the firm they use to outsource their hiring process). The interview was in London and it lasted about 45 minutes. After the standard personality questions (what motivates you, what's your greatest accomplishment, describe yourself in 5 words etc.) She asked some basic accounting/valuation questions like: which method do you prefer (know the methods and their pros/cons), is valuation an art or a science, walk me through an income statement, and a couple others. From there she asked me brain teasers like if two items are worth $1.10 but one is worth $1 more than the other what r their prices? and whats 9 cubed (9x9x9). She surprised me with "tell me something interested in under a minute" so have something prepared for that.
