Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round OCR was with an associate from the LA office and the COO from the SF office. Half technical and half behavioral, technicals were pretty basic and the interview was straight forward.
Got the superday notification later that day. Superday was scheduled in 3 days. It consisted of 4 interview rounds with associates and directors. Very behavioral, asked about work/club experiences and talked about random things.
