Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After a successful online application (where you basically just mail your documents to the assistant for pre screening purposes) you have to pass a quick phone interview with an associate in order to get invited to the real interviews in their office. Then you will be interviewed by the same associate in person and the director of their Frankfurt Office.Both were extremely friendly and the interview consisted of typical fit and technical questions.
