Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I emailed a friend of a friend who worked at the firm who forwarded my resume to the VP that handled recruiting out of the DC office. Has the reputation of being a top ADG group but a total sweatshop. They were wrapping up full-time recruiting as it was early November and conducted a first-round phone interview with me. I wasn't as prepared for the more intermediate technicals as I should have been and did not advance to the superday.
