What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The hiring process consists of 2 stages: 1st - 1 hour group interview with Analyst and Associate. Mainly motivational questions (walk me through your CV, why boutique) standard stuff related with experience in desired field. Which sectors did you work for? Tell me about deals you were involved and your role?
Little bit of technical questions: DCF. FCF
Second stage is 2 separate interviews with VPs at another day if you pass 1 raund.
Again all the same + detailed focus on DCF, Accounting, 3 Financial Statements. How do they linked etc.
In general very positive easy going interviews, with no any pressure and friendly team.
Definitely, advice to work with them.
