Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First-round - zoom interview with one analyst and one associate. The analyst was alumni from school and interviewed all applicants from my school. Basic fit questions and why RX. Then the rest was technicals. Know advanced changes to financial statements, how to calculate EV from multiples, how changes in capital structure impact stock buyback. First-round did not have any specific restructuring questions.
Superday - right to superday after the first round. Very quick turnaround - all happened within a week. 5-30 minute interviews with 3-5 people in each zoom call. 1 conversational/fit, 1 behavioral, 2 technicals, 1 restructuring case/rx techs
