Staff Analyst

First round interview was on-campus one on one for about 30 minutes. Straight forward and mainly talked about what I was learning in my valuation class in regards to multiples and DCF modeling. Very conversational.

After the first round I didn't hear back for about 2 weeks but had other interviews so didn't bother following up. Heard back and went to an office visit where I had 6 one on one interviews and took a test that was primarily over accounting topics which included things like creating a balance sheet and a statement of cash flows from information given. Also basic questions over financial ratios and a question about general extraordinary items that are included in a company's income statement. A DCF question was on there but its definitely more oriented towards accounting. One on one interviews at the office visit were pretty straight forward with not many technical questions because I assume we had taken the exam. Seemed like they were more interested in fit and career goals.
