Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was fairly basic Rx technicals and behaviorals, overall felt like more of a formality as the person who gave me a referral led that interview.
Suberday was much tougher, included an accounting exam (paper 3-statement model), technical rooms on accounting, finance, restructuring, and a structural subordination case study, then behavioral rooms on my resume and "selling HL" where I could ask an MD pretty much anything.
