Summer Analyst

I had networked with an incoming fulltime analyst. He/She was an intern at HL the previous Summer and had some say/influence in the process. Two weeks after that call I was cold contacted by a VP. After the VP call, an analyst contacted me to set up a first round interview. The first round was between me and the analyst only. Following that interview I was contacted by HL informing me of a superday. The superday was a zoom call consisting of 4 rounds each roughly 30 minutes. Two days later I was notified of the offer. The team is very small and the culture was extremely relaxed. The impression I had was that they were extremely busy and really rushed the recruiting process.
