Phone Interview
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Process was fairly simple and very streamlined. Networked with alumni at the bank as well as a couple of analysts, alumni passed me to HR to get into the process. Phone interview with an associate that was mostly behavioral, and then a super day with 4 interviews. Two behavioral interviews with senior employees (MD & Senior VP) and two technical interviews with more junior employees (Junior VP & Analyst)
