Summer Analyst

First round screener (technical and behavioral). Then straight into superday about 2-3 weeks later. Superday is 3 20 minute interviews with two employees (1 junior 1 senior employee). Superday was less technical than I expected was asked a lot about the markets. Behavorials were relatively light hearted and it seemed like they were trying to test more for personality fits than "do you have elite experiences"
