Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with a phone call, through connecting at a campus interest session, with HR who moved me into the interview process. Had two one-on-one interviews a week apart with two associates and then got invited to a superday which was 4 30-minute interviews all back to back. Interviews were behavioral besides one one of the superday interviews which was straight technical. I would advise to prep info about HL as well as lock down behaviorals, the technicals were very fundamental.
