Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First Round: Run through the 3 financial statements for the acquisition of an equipament (PP&E). Included CAPEX, Depreciation, Interest Expense Etc.
Second Round (Superday): In the office. Had lunch and trivia with the whole staff (very fun). Had an accounting quiz (same for both SA and FT; included standard fundamentals of finance). Then 6 or 7 interviews with 1 or 2 people each. 2 digits multiplication brain teaser. "Horses in a horsetrack, but no chronometer" brain teaser. "Zombie biting people at a rate X" brain teaser.
