Very simple process that began applying online and then a quick phone call to confirm interest. About a month later received a call for 30 minutes with some behavioral questions, which required the applicants to detail a situation and how they reacted. Then had a quantitative test, behavior test, and then a second hour long phone call. All very streamlined.
