Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied through Houlihan's website and through campus OCR. Got an email for the first round on campus (Thursday). Passed the first round and had a second round on campus the next morning (Friday). I waited a couple of days, and I got the offer (Sunday). The process was quick, efficient, and the people were friendly. The interviews were heavy on technicals, and truly understanding finance concepts. There were also some general critical thinking questions (how would you sell apple?)
