Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Received interview through employee referral for a summer internship position. The process was extremely extensive. had 8 interviews with members of the group I was being hired into. Solid mix of behavioral and technical questions. For technicals, it was important not just to know the basic technical guides, but to truly understand the ideology and intuition behind each technical concept and the intricacies of each valuation method. Received no accounting questions. I would recommend having a good reason for why you interested in the particular group you are interviewing with.
