Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Phone interview was conversational, and mostly behavioral. One or two direct references to my resume but never felt like I was being formally interviewed - possibly because it was an alumni or my university.
Test was entirely technical; basic balance sheet understanding and manipulation was present as well as “what do you do when manager says XYZ.”
Culture was a large focus for them as well as a result of being internationally based and having a different culture than a regular American based IB/AM department.
