Personality Test
Interview
I first applied online on Handshake and passed the behavioral/cognitive assessment. First round with MD, talked about the position and asked about motivations/skills. In addition, they asked if I was leaning more to the sales side or trading side. Then I was passed onto a superday whre there were 3 rounds, 45 minutes each, 15 minute break in between. I talked to a recent graduate, one person on the sales side, and one on the trading side. The interview was standard, characterized by a couple behaviorals, technicals, and one brainteaser/market sizing question each.
Interview Questions
Brainteasers were difficult, for example they asked the rope burning brainteaser. In addition, make sure you can do quick mental math, like a certain percentage of 90. They also asked a question about exchange rates.
