Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Pretty straightforward interview process. Kicked off with an initial HR phone screen, followed by 2 first-round interviews. These were both behavioral and technical. Two second-round interviews followed with VP/Director level interviewers. The final round was with an MD in the group (purely fit based). Given the nature of COVID, all but the HR screen were done on Zoom. Took roughly 4 business days to receive an offer post final round. Background check was done after acceptance.
