Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Starts with UNTIMED numerical literacy, and situation judgement test. Pretty straight forward in terms of maths but people should practice if they want to be in the top quartile. If you get past this, the job simulation is the next step. In this they test you on your specific job and how you would handle certain situations within the job function (i.e. responding to client emails, dealing with colleagues). After this, they do a background check and ask for your academic history. If you get past this, you will go to the assessment centre. This part depends on which division you have applied for but generally, you will be working in a group setting on a problem with other applicants, then you will have to present your findings to the interviewers. Day ends with Partner interview.
