Corporate Banking Associate

Hiring process was positive. First round is a recruiter phone call interview, followed by an in-person interview (the firm have a policy of mandating two interviewers for interviews to ensure fairness). There are a few questions the company asks all candidates for fairness, but the interviewers also asked a few of their own and a few specific follow-ups on my experiences. As it was a corporate banking role, not too many technicals as this is more of a relationship focused team and not a product team. However, I mentioned technicals and team were very impressed by this. I'm still going through the process but positive experience so far.
