Please describe the interview / hiring process.

The interview/hiring process was quite straightforward. I applied online, and then got an email asking for a first round call with an associate. It was 30 minutes long and mostly behavioural questions. Very chill and straightforward. It felt like a conversation. After that, I got an email saying we were doing a superday but since I was out of country, I did it online. It consisted of three back-to-back video interviews with three different people with different positions in the company. Mostly wanted to get to know me and what sort of interests I had, they also asked some technical questions eg how do you value a company, etc. Overall, was an intense but good experience. I was told I got the offer three days later.
