Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The phone interview came first.
They basically covered the resume and put emphasis on the VISA things. After that they asked about some experience.
Then it was the skills test where an VB test was given too me. Extremely difficult! They assumed that you had used this for years!
Soon comes the back to back 2 to 1 interview where two interviewers, definitely a kind one and a harsh one. They asked me about the career expectation.
Later the offer came, with the whole process less than one month.
