Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It was a phone interview scheduled via online interview booking system. Actually, the first round interview was outsourced to other companies, which explained the women kept typing during the interview. Actually, I personally really don't like the interview since there was no interaction and you seemed to record with a machine.
