Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Three step process. First step is a set of online assessments covering personality and problem solving. Second was a phone interview with HR. Third was a final panel interview where you spoke with three different individuals for 30 minutes each. Questions were resume, behavioral and technical based. The technical questions were mainly market focused.
