Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Months after completing the online test process (that features case studies, video interviews, etc), got someone from the group to reach out for a first round screening. Had a super day a week or so later. Super day consisted of one group interview and 5 one-on-one case-style and fit interviews. In each of the interviews, the interviewers were handed a mandated set of questions to ask (some behavioral, some relating to the case) but would just chat after. One technical interview with light technicals, and one post-interview conversation with an associate/VP.
