What did the interview consist of?

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
You start off with an SJT & simple calculation assessment test online. This test is quite lengthy and can take up to 2 hours if you take your time.
If you pass this test, you'll be asked to do a video interview. Again, this test has a part for situational judgement tests and simple calculations. You are not asked to give your motivation for this industry or bank, but rather to present your recommendation based on sheets.
The last stage is the assessment centre/super day. The test consists of 3 teamwork based assignments and 2 interviews (technical and motivational)
