Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Hiring process was compiled of 2 phone interviews and then an in person interview. The phone interviews were rather straight forward, geared towards interests and if your personality fit the position. The in person interview was 2 parts. First was doing a group case study where you had to optimize a bank's process. From having to figure out the best scheduling times for workers to ATM issues. Then after a half hour conversation over the solutions you were then interviewed one on one with a HSBC worker. I would be honest about what you're interested in because there are 2 potential routes, either going the FA route or working in office on products. Anyway good luck!
