Total of 4 rounds - 1st round (phone interview) with an Associate Director, and you'll go onto the 2nd round. 2nd round has 2 face-to-face group interview, so Round 2 part A was with 2 Directors, and part B was with 1 VP, 1 Director, and the MD. Oddly enough, the final round (3rd round) is with 2 associates. Pretty technical interview, with a lot of basic valuation, accounting and modeling questions. Pretty in-depth discussion re. past deal experiences as well. Very friendly vibe from everyone, and feedback was provided at the end of each round.
