Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Firstly a short application form is required. Then an immersive online assessment that tests numerical skills and behavioral attributes. I passed and moved unto the situational judgment test which had video interviews and more behavioral questions. Finally, there was an assessment day with 4 micro exercises and 4 1-1 interviews.
