Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First I networked with some of the analysts in the group, before having an interview with one of the senior analysts. That was half behavioral and the rest was focused on accounting and valuation technicals. Then I had an interview with an associate in the group, first past was behavioral/fit and the rest focused on LBOs and debt technicals. Then had a 2 on 1 with a VP and MD in the group, majority of it was experience and getting to know you, and a couple of LBO type questions. Then had a final interview with another associate that was purely technicals, had some pretty creative technicals as well (I think they just wanted to make sure I was strong, as I had not had a lot prior experience.)
