Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First, you have to pass the numerical test. If succesful, you are invited to the assessment centre. The first interview is with the HR manager and it covers general motivational questions. Then you are required to do a group exercise where you have to analyze 3 acquisition targets. You have to defend your case and interact with other people getting interviewed. If you pass, you have lunch and get 2 business interviews afterwards. One of them is about general technical questions such as valuation and cash flow statements, in the other one you will be talking about zour resume and therefore past experiences.
