I was referred to the company by a friend within the Division. I was first interviewed by the Division Head, and then the hiring manager (Head of Department). The interview questions were mostly standard behavorial questions, focused on my past leadership experiences, and assessing my ability to work within a corporate environment. The interviewers were also assessing my work ethic and fit in the organization. In both interviews I was given a simple verbal case study of a current business problem and I was asked to frame an approach to solving the problem. The focus of this part of the interview was to assess my project management and conflict resolution skills.
