Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process was slow. There was an online application followed by job simulation. The job simulation involved video responses to scenarios that were relevant to the role of private banking (the role I applied for) after about 2 months later I got an invite for a VED (HSBC’s name for an AC) there were micro-exercises to do (again video responses) and then the actual interview day involved one motivational, one commercial and one technical interview. Each lasting around 30 mins.
