Retail Banking and Wealth Management Intern

The first round is a 30 minute phone conversation with a recruiter. Questions are all behavioral based and are about finding out about you, what your strengths and weaknesses are, situational questions-how do you work in teams-also arise. Other questions I received were what is your favorite class, least favorite, walk me through your resume. Second round is an hour long panel interview with 4 different managers. This begins with a 10 minute presentation about yourself--thorough walk through of your resume, needs to be direct and tell a story the managers can engage with. Each manager takes turns asking you questions--why this business, why sales, what steps would you take to sell to a customer, how do you deal with an unhappy customer, what's the best sales pitch you've ever received, what's the worst sales pitch you've ever received. 10 minutes are left for questions to ask interviewers at the end
