Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started off with a hirevue of sorts, with online assessments that were both video recorded at times and games trying to assess your skills. Had to write a email as well. Then another online assessment and then a few weeks later got a call for a superday, which was 4 interviews 2 technical, 1 motivational, and 1 behav. 1 interviewer in each and wasn't hard if you have a general idea of the markets and high-level technical knowledge. Got an offer a few days later and declined.
