Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online in October and did a behavioral and skills test. Then got a phone call from HR about 2 months later for an in-person group interview with 2 other applicants. The interview was simple, just a group discussion, then individual interviews with 2 directors and an associate. Consisted of preformatted questions on behavior, a case study after reading an article, and general market knowledge. Got the offer right after.
