Finsihing JSA, Basic HR screening follows with motivational questions and eligibility/market awareness etc. They ask only handful of questions for this round and anyone with a brain and a pulse passess.

Then it is followed by 3-interview assessment centre. They dont rlly delve into your background. Rather stick to the question sets they have. Occasionally they can ask questions outside of the structured lists for sure. Heavy emphasis on macro/ market awareness and behaviorals/skill based questions. Skill questions are quite specific scenario based questions and you need to walk through your thought process and the interview explicitly tells you its not something you can prepare for.

Less emphasis on derivatives and every interviewer regardless of the desk they're working in asks brain teaser questions. Not too crazy but could be quite specific/unique.

30% behav/motivational, 50% tech and 20% skill/competency qns. Interviewers are all nice.
