Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The process consisted of sending in a cover letter and resume, then taking two online tests. The first online test was behavioral, listening to testimonials from current employees and how they handled certain problems that arose. The test would then ask how you would respond in that situation. In general it did not take too much attention and mostly was focused on prioritizing quality of work as well as ethical work. The second test was slightly more technical, it gave timed problems where you have to skim through a company's financials and calculate certain ratios or summarize where and when certain business is being developed. Finally, there was an in-person interview in NY where the process was split into a team-based project and individual interviews. For the team-based project, we (3 applicants) were told to develop a presentation on a given list of topics. After that, we split into 1:1 interviews that were either behavioral or general finance/economics questions.
