Interview
After applying and passing through the first filter, I was then selected to speak for 30 minutes with a recruiter. This was a generic phone screen to assess my background and qualifications. The questions were all behavioral in nature and I believe one of them specifically tied to the values of the company. I was then selected to move forward to a 2 hour long interview where I was interviewed by 4 people for 30 minutes each. All of the questions were behavioral in nature and were primarily asked to assess how I responded to certain situations.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter about the position. After few days I was scheduled to interview with a portfolio manager. After that, I meet with another portfolio manager. Both went well. A I was scheduled to talk with the regional and nationals leaders of the portfolio department. In total, I had 5 interviews with them and I learned a great deal about the company. After the interviews, they told me that I am going to hear back within one week. After 2 weeks, decided to contact the hiring manager as I did not hear from the Bank. Silence Radio. I followed up with the National Director and a VP. Still nothing. 3 days later, the HR contacted me to let me know that I was not selected. I understand that they didn't chose me but ignoring my emails is lack of respect to myself as I spent 1 and half months talking to me.

Interview
One phone screen with an HR persons --> 1:1 with VP in specific department I interned in. If you go into the call with the HR person with a particular area of the bank you'd like to intern in (Private client banking, business banking, community banking, capital markets, etc.), you'll have a better chance. I didn't do that, and I was basically "assigned" to interview with a specific department. Wound up being a good experience overall, but I wish I had a more specific goal in mind
Interview Questions
There really weren't any curve balls. Nearly all of it was behavioral with very few technicals, probably because it wasn't in an M&A/IB role. Know the classic questions, like "why this bank", TMAY, and have a good personal story in general.

Interview
Phone screenings with two different HR personnel. Then super day was 3 1-on-1 interviews with Mangers. Not intimidating. Pretty laid back, but some Qs were difficult.
Interview Questions
How many ping pong balls fit in a 747? That Q. definitely caught me by surprise. That was part of the critical thinking component. The fit component was easy - it was just standard questions. Just read through the basic Qs beforehand, and you will be just fine. Technicals were pretty difficult though, They consistently tried catching you off guard. But that is to be expected.

Overall it was a great experience, with some challenges along the way. Don't fret before the interview, you're gonna do great.
