I had to pass the resume screening and then do two skype interviews. The first skype interview was more "can you handle it in Korea" fit type questions. It was with someone from HR and she wanted to understand what I knew about Korean work culture. Also, she described the different areas I could be working in brand management/hr/business development/finance and had me determine which areas I wanted to be in. The second one was more technical and case based. It definitely was a test to assess my knowledge and see how quickly I could think on my feet. This interview was with two employees on the business development team.
Advice: Be honest during the first round interview. Know why you want the internship and already have that thought out (not rehearsed!) before you talk with your interviewer. It is through skype so they can see you as you think. You don't want to leave them hanging while you come up with an answer, but you don't want to look like you just memorized a script either.
Just stay calm and collected on the technical interview. Even if the interviewers are intimidating, just keep answering the questions to the best of your ability. My interviewers intimidated me so badly, but when I met him in person he said I did great.
