Applied through university's career page and was informed I got an interview. Had to attend an info-session/meet and greet that was the night before the interview. Interview
The interview process was fairly simple. For most schools, IBM will come to your career fair and recruit that way. For my school, they did not come to the career fair and I had to do two phone interviews. For some locations, other candidates have the two phone interviews and then a superday, but I did not. Easiest process I've been through.
Interview Questions
Nothing was difficult or unexpected. Both rounds were behavioral mixed with technical questions.
