Applied through university's career page and was informed I got an interview. Had to attend an info-session/meet and greet that was the night before the interview. Pretty basic stuff—info about the firm and the role itself. 1-on-1 interview, in person, the next day. No technical questions, very relaxed. Found out about a week later I had moved on to the second/final round. Two 30-min interviews.

Interview
The interview process was fairly simple. For most schools, IBM will come to your career fair and recruit that way. For my school, they did not come to the career fair and I had to do two phone interviews. For some locations, other candidates have the two phone interviews and then a superday, but I did not. Easiest process I've been through.
Interview Questions
Nothing was difficult or unexpected. Both rounds were behavioral mixed with technical questions.

Interview
The interview process began with a simple online resume drop from on campus recruiting at my target school then one in person interview.
Interview Questions
Some of them were just about the company itself. However, the hardest question was the fact that one of the interviewers asked me two questions about my studies then asked me "do you have any questions for me?" I was taken aback due to the fact that she didn't ask me many questions, so I really had to make up a lot of questions on the spot. It forces you to really know your stuff about IBM and show incredible interest in the company. I do not know if this was a test, but all of the other questions were easy and straight forward.

Group Interview
Interview
the first round consisted of a video interview, where you had to record yourself answering questions. Consisted of mainly behavioral questions

final round (flew you to location): 2 behavioral and 1 group case interview (2 hours long).
Also had a bunhc of workshops throughout the day (AI, etc.)
Interview Questions
Nothing hard in terms of the first round interview or the behavioral portion of the final interview. The hardest part was the group case interview. They handed you a packet and you had 2 hours to work with a team of 4-5 people. We broke it up into more business-minded background doing the finances and profitability, while the other members of my team did more quantitative analysis. We were allowed to use a computer for excel. Als,o, afterwards you have to present in front of judges with your team, so be prepared to answer follow up quesitons.

Interview
Applied online through University. Received a phone interview a week later. After two weeks received an onsite interview with manager and senior developer. One week later received an offer letter from hiring manager.
Interview Questions
Interviewer asked me to talk about a project and walk through all aspects of development. What was unexpected in a technical interview was how did we handle team conflicts. The hardest part was explaining to the interviewer why we chose to implement what we did. We implemented a health response time application. Then was followed up by interviewer by what platform we used. My team unanimously voted to use Android as our development platform. Then was followed by the interviewer what challenges we faced while developing for Android (was it the first time for someone? what limitations did you come across?).
