Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Was done through Hirevue at first for a basic personality test. Such as "tell me about a difficult situation" , "what things have you done/completed in order to separate yourself" etc. Then a phone interview was conducted that featured more behavioral questions and some technical but basic questions.
