Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First phone interview with very basic question ssuchs as: why IB%M? why do you want to become a consultant? what's your quality? what's your worst failure and how did you manage it.
Then i had 2 interviews with two seniors consultant for & hour each.
The two interview were basically the same, with a lot of industry related questions (financial services). Not technical question but more about the recent news and the upcoming challenge around digitalization and IT transformation in the financial services. I had to prove my knowledge of the business.
