The interview process began with an appetizers/drinks event at a local restaurant, with group discussions with one interviewer and four or five candidates when the interviewer talked about his/her experience, the firm, and what the position entailed. Then there was about an hour of networking and walking around. They selected some candidates from this pool to do an on-campus interview, which involved interviewing one-on-one with two interviewers, one behavioral interview and one case interview.
