Please describe the interview / hiring process.
On campus event, had some consultants in the CbD program who were alumni come back and give a presentation about projects they've worked on, structure of the program, etc. Organized a coffee chat where you can ask questions to consultants. Resume drop, and then interview time slot selection. The actual interview was pretty straightforward, it was a single round with three interviewers. One was a very straightforward case, a personality interview with target questions, and a "conversation" interview that may have been a bit of a stress test (got cut off, interrupted and contradicted). Ask questions in the last 5 minutes and exchange business cards.
