Recruiter reached out to me about an IBM CbD program recruitment weekend in July. Filled out an application, conducted a 1st round Skype interview, then received an invite to the recruitment weekend in July.
Recruitment weekend (Friday-Sunday) consisted of a number of presentations and activities led by IBM consultants, senior executives, and recruiters. Saturday included a group case study - we were given a room and a few hours to work on a deck (while being monitored by an IBM consultant) and then presented our deck as a group to a panel of IBM consultants. On Sunday, the last day of the weekend, there were 3 back-to-back 20 minute interviews consisting of mostly background/behavioral questions. No technical questions at all. Received an offer mid-August.
